Structured exercises and meditations to de-freeze areas of energetic contraction, releasing areas of depression, stress, and existential fear.
Module 2 of the Spiritual Psychology Education introduces exercises, meditations, and partner-work to increase vitality. Through the safe release of blocked energy, we promote balance and space for deeper alignment with direction.
In this workshop you’ll work with:
What is our relationship with our self-image, emotions, body rhythms, musculature, and the sense of beauty?
Accessing the positive and negative energy streams, we will venture deeper into our conscious connection with the spaces on both sides of the body.
Built-up incrementally through the days, you will receive a practice to help promote the distribution of vitality around the whole field of experience.
What does depression feel like? Where do we find it in the bodily field? We’ll explore the felt sense of density, and what happens when space and fluidity are allowed.
Are we stressed at being stressed? The release of stress has so much to do with allowing it to spark, and even relaxing behind that.
The five-day workshop will be held via ZOOM and will include frequent breaks, meditation, sharing, and live interaction.
The Spiritual Psychology Education offers carefully structured exercises, meditations, knowledge, and training to allow increasing depths of happiness and freedom. This grounded, integrated system for inner growth, healing, and spiritual psychology liberates fear and allows for the joyful reunion of individual purpose with true nature.
