MOTHER TREE

Through that lonely gate
Where this one waits
I see you in ease of night
Holding childhoods forever
In timeless branches
Stretching awesomely
Into light.

You never promised
More than this
(as spring leaves
Quiver with bliss)

Thankyou mother
Let me rest this soul
In stillness of your beauty
Suddenly unburdened
Suddenly whole.

About Author

The passion to serve the 'other' in the relief of suffering through processes of awakening is born out of the simple truth that it makes me feel better. Your welfare is my welfare. We never were divided. The love we share is the love we experience. So it is with peace.
