Module 3 invites an expanded awareness through the mental aura. Through bringing spaciousness, balance and rest from mental stress, a deepening embodiment is possible.
In this module, we will:
- Learn about the layers of the mental aura
- Explore the flow of intuition and understanding
- Bring ease to disturbing beliefs that have limited the possibilities of experience.
- Contact with non-physical dimensions of information and nondual quality
- Relax into a deeper embodiment through the pelvic area
