Nondual Therapy Q&A Practitioners

What are different ways to ask the question “What is the atmosphere of that narrative”?

  • What are you feeling right now, as you’re telling this?
  • This story has quite an interesting energy around it – how is it for you? Can you describe it?
  • If the story had a temperature, what would that be? (Other possibilities – color, texture, tonal sound, rhythm, taste, smell, heaviness)
  • When you tell the story, what’s happening in the physical body.
  • You’re telling the story of emotion – but how is that emotion showing up for you right now – because there is always a unique flavor – (for example a wave of worried anger, or a despairing fear, or jealousy full of disgust…
  • Be curious about how they uniquely experience a feeling aspect of the story.
