Compassion underlies every moment of experience – whatever its nature. Spontaneously arising from the core of Being, it can never be measured, compared, possessed or lost. Awareness, the open space through which all experience forms and transforms, is inherently compassionate. When we lose our connection to our inherent compassion, fear and anger. These effects are frozen compassion, seeing the other as an enemy rather than as a manifestation of all we are in unity. In this, the soft, unconditional presence of compassion vastly alleviates the suffering of fear and anger.

About Author

The passion to serve the 'other' in the relief of suffering through processes of awakening is born out of the simple truth that it makes me feel better. Your welfare is my welfare. We never were divided. The love we share is the love we experience. So it is with peace.
